- Transit Time: 0 to 2 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery time: Most customers receive their orders within same day or next-day.
2. Shipping Costs & Policy
Our shipping rates are calculated based on your order total to ensure the best value for our local community:
- FREE Local Delivery: Available on all orders over $19.99 (before tax) within our local service area.
- Flat Rate Shipping (local delivery): A fee of $4.99 applies to orders under $19.99.
- Long Distance Shipping: A fee is calculated based on shipping location and total order weight(in lb or Kg).
- In-Store Pickup: Always FREE at our Scarborough location.

We currently provide local same-day delivery and shipping to:

- North York
- Ajax, Pickering, and Whitby
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA) through instacart.
4. Policy for Products On Display In-Store
All products listed as "In Stock" or "On Display In-Store" on our website are physically located at our Scarborough retail location. These items are available for immediate local delivery or free in-store pickup during regular business hours.
